We express our heartiest welcome to www.kazirangasafaribooking.com (website). The domain is owned by Green Reed Resort by Meenakshi. Here we use the word "You" to refer to the direct user or viewer of the website. By using the service, you agree to all our terms and conditions.

1. Kindly note the Cancellation Rule for Kaziranga Safari Booking

Travellers who have booked Jeep or Elephant safari through our portal need to reach us via email at booking@kazirangasafaribooking.com , kazirangasafaribookings@gmail.com.

• ✔️ If cancelling your jeep or elephant ride before 10 days, only 75% amount is refundable
• ✔️ If cancelling before 5 days, only 40% is refundable
• ✔️ Cancelling 2 days prior or less: No cancellation refund applies

2. Our Liabilities and Limitations

Once the tour/service cost is finalized, any hikes in permit fees, safari/taxes, or fuel charges will be borne by the visitor as additional costs.

We shall not be liable for any delays or alterations in the program due to natural calamities, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdown, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or any unforeseen incidents.

We shall not be responsible for loss, injury, or damage to person or property from any acts beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, accidents, war, strikes, theft, epidemics, or government regulations.

Visitors are advised to have travel insurance. All personal belongings and baggage are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused or cancelled services (which are pre-paid) will follow our cancellation policy. Refunds may take 2 to 4 weeks to process, depending on bank or credit card procedures. Bank charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

During festival or peak tourism seasons like New Year Eve, Christmas, Holi, Deepawali etc. No cancellation Policy is applied.
